Subscription Policy

At Venator Commerce, we value our customers and strive to offer the best service possible. By subscribing to our products, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Billing and Shipping Frequency

    • All subscription products are shipped every 30 days from the initial order date.
    • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically for each subscription cycle.
  2. Subscription Cancellation

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or by emailing us at contact@venatorcommerce.com.
    • To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled shipment date. If you cancel after this time, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
    • Green Essentials reserves the right to deny refunds for shipments already processed due to late cancellations.
  3. Subscription Modifications

    • You can modify your subscription (e.g., product changes, delivery frequency) at any time through your customer portal.
    • Any modifications should be made at least 3 days prior to your scheduled shipment date to ensure they are reflected in the next delivery.
  4. Refunds and Returns

    • We do not typically issue refunds for subscription products that have already been shipped. However, if you encounter any issues with your product or have exceptional circumstances, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@venatorcommerce.com, and we will be happy to review your case.
  5. Failed Payments

    • If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or an issue with your payment method, we will retry the payment several times before pausing your subscription.
    • If the issue is not resolved after these attempts, your subscription will be paused, and you will need to update your payment information before resuming deliveries.
  6. Chargebacks and Disputes

    • We take fraudulent chargebacks and disputes very seriously. Claiming to have canceled a subscription when you have not or attempting to dispute a valid charge can result in serious consequences.
    • Filing false claims or disputes can be considered fraud, which is a punishable offense under the law. Should this occure Venator Commerce will pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting the fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
    • Please note that we keep detailed records of all subscriptions, cancellations, and communications to ensure the accuracy of our billing and subscription management.
  7. Termination

    • Venator Commerce reserves the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion, including instances of suspected abuse of our subscription services, violation of this policy, or fraudulent activity.
